Payroll, MPF & Tax Processing
Multiple and different payroll cycles are supported.Regular and ad-hoc payments and deductions can be defined, and payroll runs can be done as many times as wanted to ensure all payroll calculations are done correctly. Reports can be printed and viewed before the autopay and MPF diskettes/files are generated.

Benefit Administration
Taxable and non-taxable benefits are tracked and reported as part of the staff remuneration package. Benefits such as provident and retirement funds, various allowances and deductions are covered.

Electronic Submission
For companies using payroll and/or MPF service of major banks, HR-Express can be used to generate the autopay and MPF contribution instructions files and submit them through the banksˇ¦respective electronic submission facility via Internet. You can do away with the diskette and there is no need to do any physical submission.
HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, Bank of China, Standard Chartered Bank, and Citibank payroll and MPF Internet format files are now being supported by HR-Express. More bank's file format support will be coming soon!

Leave Administration
Different type of leaves, including annual, sick, maternity, pay or no-pay leave can be flexibly defined and tracked according to the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance. Online enquiry functions allow annual leave entitlement, taken and outstanding leaves to be checked and updated easily. An Online Leave Application function, which comes with the Employee Self-Service module, can be used by employees to submit and check their leave applications without the need to filling in any paper forms.

With different standard company policy templates readily available, managing posting and sharing essential company information can be done effectively and efficiently.

Employee Self-Service
To minimize paper work and to make the HR job more efficient, the Employee Self Service functions allow personal information to be checked and updated by individual employees. They can check out the latest company policies through the company intranet, and submit leave applications for management approvals. It also can serve as a simple time-card system to record in/out time attendance.

Time & Attendance
Keeping track of staff attendance will not longer be a tiresome chore. Leveraging on the time and attendance function, the system can capture the attendance record of individual staff using electronic time clock or other means.
