Statutory Minimum Wage handling

Statutory Minimum Wage becomes effective on 1 May 2011 and the initial SMW rate is $28. HR-Express can handle different remuneration package, with options for users to choose whether meal breaks and rest days are with pay. By using HR-Express, users can check the difference between minimum wages and wages payable to employee. If wages payable to employee is less than the minimum wage, HR-Express would automatically generate an additional remuneration payment to the employee.
